在安装 西门子软件程序：wincc flexible2008 以及drive Monitor时，总是提示我“安装新程序之前，请重新启动Windows”，而我每次重新启动后，再次安装还是这么提示。
问题补充：
在注册表内“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\ ”中删除注册表值
“PendingFileRenameOperations”后，drive Monitor 已经安装上，但是wincc flexible2008 还是不行提示“不能安装系列程序：Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Configuration 安装程序不能完成安装 Configuration the database failed. YOU will find more information in the log file”

不要重新启动，继续安装软件。
