下面图中总是显示网卡是STOP状态，很纳闷，希望各位高手帮帮忙！！

station configuration editor配置 上开看组态没有完成 ：
1 ，opc sever的状态是“X”。
2，IE general也是停止没有连上。
组态设置都正确，下载后，station configuration editor配置都没“x”
