已经安装了 STEP 7 Standard V5.5 + HF4 或其更高版本，且操作系统 MS Windows 7(64 位)的版本为：V5.5 + SP1 或更高
此外，也可以使用以下任一种操作系统：
MS Windows XP Professional SP2 或 SP3
MS Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 标准版（用于工作站计算机）
MS Windows Vista 32 Bit Ultimate 和 Business
