不支持XP SP2，升级到XP SP3吧。
WinCC V7.0 SP2 现在支持下列操作系统：
Windows 2003 Server SP2 (Server/ Single-User / Client)
Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2 (Server / Single-User / Client)
Windows 2008 Server SP2 (32bit) (Server / Single-User / Client)
Windows XP Professional SP3 (Single-User / Client / Server up to 3 clients)
Windows 7 (32bit) Professional，Enterprise，Ultimate (Single-User / Client)
