现场设备突然跳闸又瞬间恢复，到电气室看CPU是正常的，在CPU报警信息有以下内容：

还有很多报警是不是CPU突然跳引起的呢，我该怎样处理此故障，帮帮忙！

都是 IO故障或背板故障。
首先你先确定你的程序里有ob82 ob86 ob122 ob121等防止CPU自动由故障转为STOP的模块。
其次，如果你有这些模块还是引起了这样的故障，有两个可能，1CPU有问题，2电源有问题
检查电源，主要是给CPU供电的电源，西门子的电源不错，在短路的情况是一般不会烧，而是自动停止，如果你的电源给了别的设备且有瞬间短路的情况，就是这个样子的故障，也有可能是哪里松动或短路。CPU有问题，有可能是CPU本身的问题，也有可能是你CPU后面哪一个背板插的不好导致松动了，也会出这个问题的。
