我司一台设备使用S7-300 314-6CG03-0AA0的cpu,cpu报SF报警,但是设备可以正常运行.查看诊断列表:如下：

第一：电源有故障；
第二： Difference between setpoint and actual configuration，组态中的配置和实际的配置不一样，有差异。
要好好检查一下。
