This is caused probably by a registration problem of :
Siemens. MC.Starter.Contorls,Version=1.1.0.0,Culture=neutral,publicKeyTonken=dd4fd064233788ea.
在安装过程中出现这样的问题，安装完后，点击starter后同样弹出这种提示，想请教一下这是什么原因，谢谢！
